Len's Meatloaf
2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground pork
3 eggs
one package of unsalted crackers crumbled up
10 ounce can Rotel hot diced tomatoes with habaneros
teaspoon celery flakes
one large diced yellow onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepperCook at 375 for 45 minutes
Then cover top with ketchup and cook another 15 minutes.It is covered in my refrigerator currently.
I will put it in the oven at halftime of the Packer Game.
A photo will be taken when hot out of the over "later"

I take the meal from the last picture.
But I prefer the ketchup for the Pommes and a Zigeunersauce for the Schnitzel.
And I want more. The Schnitzel seems tiney and only 12 Pommes are not enough.

My favourite cheese for crustings like this is medium-old cheddar, or a danish blue for an english fired steak. More ist better, than less...
